The Smart Home

See a few Smart Home 'Must Haves' below!
It's Amazing What You Can Do With The Touch Of A Button!
See for yourself... read on!

At 6:00am, your heat gets turned up and warms the house to a nice toasty level.

At 6:30am your bedroom shades open and a soothing voice bids you good morning.

As you roll out of bed, last night's headlines and sports scores are read to you along with today’s weather forecast.

The lights gently come on as you enter the bathroom.

As you climb into the shower, the coffee begins to brew downstairs.

While dressing, you press ONE button - the garage door opens and the car starts and begins warming up...

Another day begins nicely…

The system alerts you when your child arrives home from school and then you can check in on the child via video on your TV, PC or even LIVE via the Internet.

This can be done from your home office, your office across town or even while you are away on a trip!

Install a water sensor in an HVAC drip pan or beneath an aquarium. If the fish tank sensor goes off, you are called, you turn on a couple lights, access your indoor surveillance camera to check things out, even if you are away on a trip. You can then alert the fish tank guy or bug neighbor or a friend and call in a favor...

Never miss a moment while you are home, across town or across the world.

Zoom in and see 4X the normal viewing range up to 1/2 mile away - remotely maneuver your remote cameras left, right, up and down with a Robotic Pan & Tilt Base.

You would be able to watch your vacation homes, watch the children around the swimming pool, keep an eye on nannies, the pets, if the 'youngins' are throwing wild parties while you are conveniently overseas, etc.

PLUS, motion-activated VCR, DVR and PC are 'recording and ensuring' all the normal activity, 'borderline normal activity' or even intruder evidence is captured...

What was that nice dinner guest doing looking through your jewelry box for?? She was supposed to be in the powder room!

Hmmm... not inviting them anymore!

Someone walks up to your home or your vacation home...

Only if it is dark, a couple indoor lights come on, the front door light gently comes on and one of your concealed low light capable cameras sends an image of that person and a text message to your cell phone AND/OR to your home theater while Iron Chef is on the 50" plasma TV that is watching you crochet in your comfy chair...

You can be home upstairs, at the beach house or anywhere in the world. If you recognize the friend, maid, fish tank guy, whomever, you can then go to live audio/video, chit-chat with them and unlock the door to let them...... or, if they are suspiciously snooping around your property, turn on spot lights, ask them "Does your mommy know that you are out of bed this time of night?" or "You seem lost... shall I call the police for you?" via loudspeaker and record them on your computer or DVR while you call law enforcement anyway....

Heck, you didn't say that you wouldn't call law enforcement!

You may also put all of this this on automatic smart home security if you wish.
